Personally Identifiable Information

Our website does not collect any Personal Data from our users. However, if you have provided your Personal Data to us for use in a Client Satisfaction Survey, via a form on a third party website such as LinkedIn or HubSpot, we are committed to protecting this data and will handle it in line with UK data privacy law. We will not share your Personal Data with anyone unless necessary for legitimate business purposes, and only with your consent.

We may collect the following types of personal information: (1) Names, (2) Contact details (e.g. email addresses, phone numbers), (3) Job titles, (4)  Professional contact details (e.g. business addresses).

We request Personal Data in Client Satisfaction Surveys so that we know who provides feedback. We need this data to help us improve the services we provide. We may also process Client Satisfaction Survey results data to create anonymous and aggregated survey responses. This anonymous or aggregated data may be used for historical, statistical, business planning, or marketing purposes.

We will ask for your written consent before using Personal Data supplied to us for any other purpose.

B2B Marketing and Third Party Data

We may obtain business contact data, including professional email addresses and business-related information, from reputable third-party online sources including specialised data providers for the purposes of conducting B2B marketing campaigns.

Personal Data supplied to us for Client Satisfaction Surveys will be deleted after a duration of eighteen months.

Data sourced for B2B marketing purposes will be retained for up to 24 months or until you object to marketing communications, whichever comes sooner.

Where we send your data

We use Google Analytics for the purposes of improving our website, this includes: monitoring aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic to individual pages, and demographic patterns; and monitoring device usage. We use Survey Monkey for our administering our Client Satisfaction Survey.

For B2B marketing purposes, we may process data sourced from reputable third-party providers. This data will be used solely for Optima Connect’s marketing efforts and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the operation of our marketing campaigns.
